Product returns will be accepted (right of withdrawal) within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product provided that it is in perfect condition with accessories and original packaging. It must therefore be returned free of stains and damage. Only products that have not been used or handled and that keep the original packaging in good condition will be accepted.
Refunds will be made, except for shipping costs or additional charges depending on the choice of carrier, by the same means of payment used for the purchase. The return costs will be charged to the customer and correspond to the initial shipping costs + 20%. Once the products are received, Woopcase will proceed to the refund or credit note for a future purchase by deducting the shipping and handling costs.
Returns produced for any cause not attributable to Woopcase on products where the client has benefited from free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted depending on the product and number of packages returned.
You can easily notify us that you wish to return your order directly from your account. Go to "My Orders" in your dashboard then "Contact us".
Any customized product cannot be returned. The products being personalized with the buyer's information (name, number, photo, image...), they cannot be taken back by Woopcase (except error of personalization amputated at Woopcase).
